Measure the pot with lid and handles
Place the lid in the storage position and measure the entire assembly, including the projections. Then rehearse how you would lift it from the intended drawer. A sufficient height to close the front does not confirm that you can remove the piece comfortably if the top edge, a partition or the adjacent piece of furniture limits movement during removal.
Check guide and space in front of the drawer
The definition of interiors must contrast dimensions and expected load with the chosen hardware. It also matters how much the drawer opens and where you stand to lift the pot. In a small kitchen, a table or other open door can occupy that space and change the access that the separate drawer seemed to offer. See also: interior definition.
Evaluate an improvement with the reference object
For your kitchen in Sant Joan, indicate whether you want to adapt a current unit or replace it, and keep the measurements of that pot as a comparison criterion. The proposal must identify cabinet, accessories and assembly, along with the affected joints. This way you can verify that the solution allows you to store and remove the entire piece without disassembling the lid or removing other pieces every time you use it.
