Rehearse the exit of a tray
It represents the open oven and the movement of someone removing a piece with both hands. If the column is separated from the worktop, identify where the tray will rest before serving. An oven position that seems comfortable due to its height may require an impractical route if the support is occupied or on the other side of a passage area.
Reserve a nearby and usable surface
The study of the location of the oven must be related to the support and opening of the adjacent units. If another piece is incorporated, the custom composition needs to define its function and dimensions. It is not enough to have a total surface area in the kitchen when it is not accessible when removing a hot tray.
Check the assembly before fixing the column
For the kitchen that you propose in La Vila-Sant Roc, provide the oven model and indicate equipment that will remain on the worktop. The proposal can distinguish the column furniture, the assembly and the necessary connections. Reviewing these pieces on the same plane helps to choose the position based on the complete sequence of use, without deciding it solely on the free space that seems to exist between other units.
